“Anthony recently helped me find my first home and I couldn't
be happier! He was such a huge help and I don't know what I
would have done without him. He is very detail oriented and
made sure to cover all bases throughout the process. As a
first time home buyer, I was cautious initially, but he gained
my trust and I could tell he sincerely cares about his
clients. I really appreciated the fact that there was no lack
of communication throughout the entire process and that he was
readily available to answer any question I had. I put in a
total of 3 offers and luckily the third one was the charm!
Before closing on my home, we had a few obstacles to overcome
and Anthony followed through and made sure everything was
completed to my satisfaction. He is extremely knowledgeable

“A stroke of luck brought us to Anthony Rael. We were first
time home buyers; and were really nervous about the whole
process. Anthony was wonderful to us. He always took time to
answer our questions and to explain things thoroughly. He was
willing to show us as many houses as it took to find "the one"
and was patient while we were making our selection. Anthony's
patience was necessary because we had a bit of a roller
coaster home buying experience. We made an offer on a house we
loved; and were devastated when it didn't pass inspection.
Anthony was there to give me a hug; counsel us; and assure us
that we would find the right house. We found another one; it
didn't really pass inspection either; so we decided to walk
away. Anthony was very supportive of our choice, and once
again, assured us that we would find the right house. Finally,
after looking at dozens of houses, making offers, going
through inspections and walking away - we found "the one"! Our
new house was worth the wait and the roller coaster ride it
took to find it. We couldn't be happier with Anthony as a
realtor; he is truly spectacular. Even after closing he still
checked in to see how the painting was going and when we were

my wife and I initially ventured out looking to buy our first house,
there was a lot of apprehension, worry, and a ton of unknown variables.
We didn’t know a lot about the housing market, and had spent six years
living in three separate apartment complexes. That was more than long
enough to know; that it was time to stop renting and time to start
building toward our future, and buying a home was a great way to start.
That is when my mother put us in touch with someone who had also helped
her in finding a home, and that was Anthony Rael. When my wife
first contacted him, I could tell that she right away felt, that he was
personable, reliable, and focused on doing everything he could to
helping us find a great home. We started out right away looking at
houses, and after a little more than a month of searching, looking at
dozens of nice homes, we found one that was perfect for us. It met all
the criteria we set forth in our search, it was in a great location, and

"I highly recommend anyone looking for a realtor to contact
Anthony Rael. Anthony was exactly what I was looking for in a
REALTOR!! I was very nervous about buying a house, but the
nervousness was alleviated when we met Anthony. He was
patient, knowledgeable and informative, very personable and
very organized. We had some real time constraints and needed
to get through a lot of houses in a short time. He was able to
give us many listings via email and in person of houses within
our price range and our specifications. Anthony was more than
willing to arrange times for us to visit the houses and
revisit the ones we were interested in possibly purchasing. We
didn't feel rushed or pressured at any time and Anthony was
always available!!
In addition, after having issues with our selected lender, we
called Anthony and told him of our situation and he was able
to recommend an outstanding lender that was able to get us the
house we wanted.
Anthony was also there for all of our questions and
inspections. He was able to point out a lot of things inside
the house that my wife and I would have never considered,
giving us more information to make informed decisions. Even
after the sale was complete we had asked for references for
builders to complete our basement and he had a list with names
and specific aspects that they were the experts in.
There was never any pressure from Anthony towards us selecting
one house over another, and we never felt rushed to make any
decisions beyond our own time constraints. We also feel that
we got the house for a fair price and got the extras that we
wanted included in the purchase and that was all thanks to his
expertise and more importantly his genuine concern for us not
to pay too much. I would not buy another house in the area
without calling Anthony first. Anthony was a true professional
