Loaning Program (TLP). You name it - I probably have it and you
are certainly welcome to borrow it. In the hustle and bustle of
packing, loading, signing contracts and unpacking, many of my Buyers
and Sellers don't have time to stop and think about doing yard work
- especially with spring and summer moves. Leaves are piled
everywhere or the lawn is 6-inches tall, so my solution is to make
as many tools available as I possibly to help spruce up your curb
appeal.
Over the years I have purchased
everything from painting supplies like trays, tarps & rollers,
wheelbarrows, rakes, shovels, gloves, hedge trimmers, lawn and leaf
blowers, drills & ratchet sets, screwdrivers, compressors, pneumatic
nail guns, saws, hammers, etc! Most tools will be loaned out for a
few days and others for several weeks and it doesn't matter whether
you were a client last week or 10+ years ago - because you are part
of my family for life and it's the least I can do to support you
until you figure out what you want or need.
The only thing I don't
supply is labor :) but I'm still willing to help you find good helpers
and/or contractors for anything you many need done around the place.
